A.W. Hines,
is a real estate developer and a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas. He has been developing and selling real estate since the early 1980’s. He resides at Pecan Valley Ranch in Bullard, Texas where he is currently the mayor for the city of Bullard and serves on the Board of Directors of The Bullard area Chamber of Commerce.

A.W. attended Hill College and The University of Texas, as well as several real estate training institutes. He has in excess of 1,000 hours in core real estate courses

In the last Fourteen years A.W. and Rick have developed over 10,000 acres of raw land into residential home sites. They design and develop their own subdivisions. They look at each lot and move property lines until every lot has a great building site. Creating a lifestyle for the families that will make these subdivisions their home is what makes this job exciting and fulfilling to them.

Rick Hines,
is a real estate developer and a licensed real estate broker as well as a graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. He has 15 years experience in the Brokerage and the development business and is on the School Board at China Springs, Texas where he lives. Rick has many hours of Real Estate Law and Real Estate courses over and above his degree at Baylor.
